Margaret Mead

Margaret is a board-certified labor and employment attorney representing clients in Texas State and federal courts, in state and federal agencies (EEOC, TWC, Department of Labor), and at mediation. For more than two decades, she has provided employment advice and litigation services to individuals and commercial ventures of all kinds, including medical practices, manufacturers, grocers, restaurants, and retailers. It is her practice to pursue cost-effective resolutions to employment disputes of all kinds whenever possible, but takes matters to trial when her clients find the other options are not desirable.
