David Denton

David joined the Firm as a trial attorney with fourteen years experience representing clients in both state and federal court. He has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics Magazine, a distinction reserved for the top 25% of the emerging lawyers in Texas who are under the age of 40. David is also an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. David represents and counsels clients in commercial litigation, trade secret litigation, catastrophic injury, product liability, construction litigation, and other complex litigation matters. As a dedicated advocate for his clients, David can push a case through trial whenever it is necessary to serve their best interests.
