David Denton

David is a trial attorney with sixteen years of experience representing clients in both state and federal court. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics Magazine, a distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of the emerging lawyers in Texas. David defends and counsels clients in commercial litigation, employment disputes and litigation, trade secret litigation, catastrophic injury, product liability, construction litigation, and other complex litigation matters.

David earned his B.A. from the University of North Texas in Political Science, and obtained his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
