Biography

Allison Elizabeth Raley

Allison is a litigation associate and focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation, and cyber-security, data protection and information privacy.

Allison has served clients involved in significant litigation matters, including prior work defending a Fortune 50 company in federal and state class actions and a successful defense result in a medical malpractice lawsuit. She’s also counseled clients in significant matters involving data privacy issues, litigation risk management, complex business divorces, and document production during a federally mandated recall.  Allison strives to develop lasting relationships with clients built on excellent, efficient work, wise counsel, and fierce advocacy.

Education

Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with a minor in Global Perspective-Arabic and Music from Drury University in Springfield Missouri in May of 2010. While at Drury University, she excelled both in academics, athletics, and the arts.  Allison was a member of the Drury golf team, NCAA Academic All-American, and performed with the Drury Singers.

Allison went on to pursue her law degree at Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas, where she again performed at the highest levels in the midst of taking on roles with the Order of the Barristers and Baylor Law Review. She served on the Baylor Law Review as an Articles Editor and was a Texas Young Lawyer’s State Moot Court Champion all while maintaining her Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship.

Personal

Allison grew up in small town USA, but is very proud of her South African heritage.  When Allison isn’t in the office, you can find her golfing, at the local splash pad, or sitting on the front porch drinking coffee. Allison is passionate about the outdoors and an avid bird watcher, often traveling to remote locations in hopes of checking one more bird off her bucket list. Allison strives to be undauntingly joyful no matter the circumstance, a life pursuit she learned from her father. Allison has two beautiful twin daughters, Isla and Elise (Leesie).  She is a member of Watermark Community Church.
